Equipment Performance Improvement and Life-cycle Cost Optimization Services

The OnMarc/ACA strategy and approach to developing and implementing equipment performance programs fully complies with the standards set by INPO in AP-913, "Equipment Reliability Process Description." The methodology has been successfully applied at many facilities around the world. This experience allows us to deliver equipment performance and life-cycle cost optimization services efficiently to respond to the evolving competitive business environment of our customers.

The OnMarc/ACA team understands the benefits and risks associated with achieving required levels of station and equipment performance at a minimum cost. We manage these projects to consistently exceed our customers' expectations for enhancing system performance while reducing O&M costs. Within the past two (2) years the OnMarc/ACA team has assisted in the completion of very successful Maintenance Optimization projects at the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES), Energy Northwest Columbia Generating Station (ENW), and Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant (CCNPP). All three projects have been recognized by INPO. For instance, the projects at SSES and CCNPP received a "Strength" from INPO. The project at ENW was still in progress during the INPO visit, but received many positive comments. OnMarc/ACA is the facilitator of the PMCG meeting.
