Integration of Industry Meetings on Equipment Reliability
Atlanta, GA, December 9 - 13, 2002
As the industry increases its recognition of the economic importance
of dependable nuclear generation, greater emphasis has been placed on
industry equipment reliability initiatives.
To facilitate information exchange in this growing area EPRI, INPO, NEI
and the Preventive Maintenance Coordinators Group
(PMCG) have joined together to support an industry Equipment Reliability
Workshop. The workshop will incorporate the following industry meetings:
  Monday,
Thursday and Friday, December 9 and 12-13, PMCG Meeting
Tuesday,
December 10 NEI Equipment Reliability Benchmarking Project Workshop
Wednesday,
December 11, EPRI Equipment Reliability Forum (integrates INPO Life Cycle
Management and Aging Meeting)

EPRI Workshop on Operational and Generation Risk

Objective: Identify utility needs and future EPRI projects in modeling
operational risk (e.g., trip monitors), and long-term generation risk
(e.g., probabilistic generation assessment, life cycle management, and
risk-informed asset management).
